Mr. Yogesh C. Naidu has been an actively practising advocate since 1988. He is a graduate of the University of Bombay (now Mumbai), in Commerce and Law.
Mr Naidu has an extensive practice in Consumer commissions, High Courts and the Supreme Court, in litigations relating to:
- Insurance and reinsurance,
- Real estate,
- Consumer protection,
- Educational laws,
- Labour and industrial disputes, and,
- Medico-legal law
In insurance practice, he acts as counsel to The National Insurance Company Limited, New India Assurance Company Limited, The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, and United India Insurance Company Limited, among others.
While being based in Mumbai, Mr. Naidu has also successfully represented clients in the NCDRC, Supreme Court of India, and the Mohali High Court.
With a widespread knowledge of various fields of practise, Mr. Naidu has been appointed a member of the Governing committees of several multi-specialty hospitals and educational institutions in Mumbai. He handles cases of many of the reputed hospitals in Mumbai, including Nanavati Hospital and P.D. Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research Centre. He has also been advisor to the AMC (Association of Medical Consultants), and has been a “resource person” at law colleges and medical conferences.
A persuasive individual possessing strong negotiating skills, oral and written communication skills, Mr. Naidu is well known in peer circles to be a resourceful person with the ability to assess all issues adequately to protect clients, and produce professional results while adhering to rigid deadlines.
Mr. Naidu is a voracious reader, with special interest in History and English Literature. His other interests include architecture, gardening, travelling and gourmet cooking.
